We have a huge shared house in south Delhi with a bunch of ensuite rooms available for both short and long term visitors. We're in a calm colony next to a large park garden, a stroll away from Nehru place (metro) and GK1. We have a cook and maid, internet, big screen, several common areas, coworking space, roof terrace, etc. We're a diverse bunch of people, operating as a social enterprise communal space. Our bunk room is an affordable option for short stays in our great house at Rs.750/person, whilst our big suite is 22', has loads of light, a desk with a cool view, balconies nestling a tree, two singles/double with linens, and an ensuite shower and toilet. On the same floor (shared with two other rooms) is a small kitchen, but downstairs is the main kitchen and lobby for hanging out. The nightly rate for the suite is Rs.1945 including one meal and A/C. Note that the minimum booking is 5 nights.
